1. In a large pot, add chicken broth, fish sauce, garlic, shallots, lime juice, lime leaves, lemongrass, and galangal to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes.

2. Add chicken pieces, Thai chili, tomatoes, baby corn, and straw mushrooms and return to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer until the chicken is cooked through, about 2 minutes.

3. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve.
