Salmon & Artichoke Pasta

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions (be sure to generously salt the water)

2. Chop the garlic cloves, tomatoes, red onion, mushrooms, and marinated artichoke hearts

3. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper, and drizzle with some olive oil.

4. Broil the salmon at the highest setting on the top rack for 5-7 minutes until done.

5. Meanwhile, cook the vegetables in a pan over medium-high heat with the butter and remaining olive oil. Mushrooms should be cooked last so they don't shrink too much.

6. Drain the pasta and combine it in the pan of cooked vegetables and toss together.

7. Place the salmon pieces on top of the plate of pasta and add chopped basil.
