Roasted Garlic and Olive Tapenade
Yields 1 1/2 cups

Directions

1.  Pre-heat oven to 375 F.

2. Combine olive oil and garlic cloves in a bake-able dish. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes until garlic gets brown.

3. Let olive oil and garlic cool. 

4. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined. Puree until mixture is coarse. Taste for seasoning.

 Serve tapenade with toasted bread or crackers.
