Roasted Garlic Bruschetta


  • 5 small tomatoes
  • 1 bulb of garlic
  • 6 basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Choice of bread


    1. Take one bulb of garlic and cut off the top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place into a 350-degree oven for 15 minutes.
    Chop tomatoes and basil leaves and place in a small bowl.
    3. Add balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil to mixture.
    When garlic is completely roasted, squeeze each clove out on a cutting board and roughly chop and drop into the bowl.

  • 5. Slice your preferred bread and toast, then enjoy with the bruschetta.
