Orange-Infused Teriyaki Chicken
1. In a saucepan, combine garlic, ginger, mirin, soy sauce, brown sugar, and orange slices.
2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
3. In a bowl, mix the water and cornstarch. Add mixture to saucepan and bring back to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat until sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
3. Cook chicken thighs on a grill or pan. Slice chicken thighs and baste with teriyaki sauce and top with sesame seeds. Serve with rice and vegetables.
