Korean BBQ Tacos



1. Combine soy sauce, rice wine, pear juice, brown sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, green onions, and pepper in a large ziploc bag or plastic container. Mix well and then place the beef short ribs in to marinate overnight.

2. Grill the beef short ribs until browned on both sides.

3. Heat the corn tortillas on the grill until warm.

4. To prepare, cut up the beef short ribs into small pieces and place on the corn tortilla along with some kimchi and cilantro sprigs. Squeeze with a little bit of lime.
