Flatbread Pizza with Prosciutto and
Gouda Cheese

Pizza Dough
Toppings
1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in 111 degree water, then let rest for 8 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt.
3. Pour yeast over flour and mix well.
4. Move dough to a floured flat surface and knead for 2 minutes.
5. Let dough rest for an hour.
6. Flour surface and roll out half of the dough to ¼- ½ inch thick. Dock dough with a fork and bake at 500 degrees F for 7 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and top dough with cheese, caramelized onions, and prosciutto.
8. Bake for another 5 minutes directly on oven rack using a sheet pan underneath the pizza to catch anything that falls.
9. Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Cut and enjoy. To make 2 pizzas, use the other half of the dough.
