Crab, Spinach and Artichoke Dip

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. Melt butter and sauté shallots and spinach. Cook spinach about 2 minutes until slightly wilted.

3. In a large bowl, combine spinach, king crab, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, Old Bay, salt and pepper. Mix well.

4. Move the mixture to a casserole baking dish and top with paprika.

5. Cook for 12-15 minutes until mixture is heated thoroughly and the top begins to brown. Remove from the oven and serve with tortilla chips, toasted baguettes, or pita bread.
