Coconut-Macadamia Cookie Bars

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. In a bowl, combine butter, sugars and egg. Stir in flour and baking soda to make stiff dough. Mix in coconut and macadamia nuts.

3. Press dough in ungreased 13×9×2 rectangular pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Allow to cool. Cut into bars of about 3×1/2 inches.
