Beer Battered Fish Tacos

Directions

1 Heat oil in pot to 350 F. 

2 In a mixing bowl, add flour, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Pour in beer, and whisk batter until smooth consistency.

3 Season the fish with salt and dip the fish in the batter.  Slightly drain fish and fry at 350F for 3-4 minutes. 

4 Prepare the white sauce by whisking mayonnaise, yogurt, and lemon juice.

5 Prepare the pico de gallo by mixing tomatoes, cilantro, onion, jalapeños, salt and pepper.

6 Prepare the guacamole by mixing avocados with tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeños, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

7 To assemble taco, place battered fish in tortilla, add cabbage, white sauce, guacamole, pico de gallo, and lime.  
 

Makes approximately 12 fish tacos.
