Basa Fish with Wine Sauce

Directions

1. Cut the fish into 1-inch cubes and sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides

2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the wine sauce. Mix well and set aside.

3. In a hot wok, add oil and place fish slices and fry about 1-2 minutes on each side until done, then set fish aside on a plate

4. In the same wok, add in the wine sauce mixture and bring to a boil

5. Toss in the green onions and cook until sauce has thickened

6. Add in the cooked fish pieces and combine everything gently, making sure you don't break the fish. Serve with rice.
